Cape Town-based rapper/vocalist/songwriter Nyota Parker presents the Knew Visions-directed music video for her new single "Transcend". Claiming Congolese, Irish and South African heritage, Nyota makes a fusion of hip-hop, jazz, trap and soul she calls 'trazz'. Nyota says "Transcend" is all about what she's "claiming for 2020 and the future. This is an introduction to who I am, what I believe in as a non-conformist and as someone who breaks the boundaries of gender in music and my day-to-day life."

Los Angeles emcee/producer IQ presents his new self-produced single "Free", hot on the heels of previous singles "Faded, "Magic Tricks" and "Everywhere I Go" (Spotify). IQ's last full-length release was IQ Test (Bandcamp). "Garrett is my homie from way back and was my roommate in LA when we recorded his vocals," IQ says about the track. "It started out as a funk/hip-hop track, but I decided to take his vocals and lay them down on a new track, then dropped some new verses."

St. Louis rapper Brando AR presents the Matthew Scott-directed music video for "Self Conscious". His new single is produced by 2x Grammy nominated platinum producer Tarboy Williams who's behind hits for Nelly, J-Kwon, D-12 and Nappy Roots. Moving to New York City in 2014 Brando joined forces with America's Reality Entertainment, releasing his debut EP My Story the following year (Bandcamp).
