California emcee Declaime presents the music video for "Shipwrecked", the new single from Rocketman, his full-length collaboration with producer Theory Hazit. Also known as Dudley Perkins, Declaime made his name on the West Coast underground hiphop scene with his work with fellow Oxnard natives Madlib and The Lootpack as well as collaborations with Georgia Anne Muldrow. Rapping and singing with equal ease, Declaime established himself as a versatile talent on albums like A Lil Light and Expressions all the way up to his recent In The Beginning album series which highlights his early work with Madlib. Ohio producere/emcee Theory Hazit has carved a name for himself in the boombap world through an extensive body of work collaborating with the likes of Donwill, LMNO and many more. Declaime describes "Shipwrecked" as "a twisted tribute to Gilligan & The Skipper. Theory is the Skipper and Declaime is Gilligan." Rocketman is out now on Someothaship/Soulspazm.

Nashville rapper Itz Jaleel presents the 3amedia-directed music video for "Another 24", his latest single produced by 200K. The clip comes on the heels of visuals for "Overtime" (watch the video) and "On Me" (watch the video). Born Jaleel Cunningham, Itz Jaleel began his journey to rap at an early age. Raised on old school RNB and hip hop, he developed an interest in poetry, "that’s where I started developing my pen game without even knowing", says Jaleel. What once was a hobby, has now become a career. It was the death of a close relative that propelled Jaleel into pursuing rapping as a career. In 2020, Jaleel released his first album YOU=ME (listen to the album). But it wasn't until his second album titled S.O.N. that the industry started to take notice. Featuring fellow Nashville rapper J, the S.O.N. album (listen to the album) helped the artist gain notoriety thus, pushing him to release his first single track for 2022 “Bossin’ Up” (watch the video). Jaleel says the inspiration for his new track from from "my daily motivation to keep chasing my dreams. As an independent artist the journey to success can be really doubtful at times, but I remember to keep faith and go hard as I can."

DMV-based rapper/producer Santa Sallet presents the JMrec-directed music video for "I Get Money", produced by Nemizzo, longtime collaborator and co-founder of Mugisha Sallet Productions (MSP). Sallet recently released visuals for "Championship Ring" (watch on Youtube) and "Chinese Funk" (watch on Youtube) in preparation for the release of Plutography, Sallet's forthcoming album which blends salsa beats, southern trap, and eastern jazz with classic and conventional rap samples, reflecting Sallet's international upbringing across South Africa, Dominica and the US. Sallet is planning a series of full-length releases, among them C.R.E.A.M. which recounts his journey from broke to financially free, and Women and R.A.P. which describe his pursuit of success in relationships and the music industry respectively. Santa says his new single "isn't just a track – it’s a declaration, a mindset. Journey with me as I navigate a realm where hustle meets ambition, and dreams are forged in the flames of determination. Experience every beat, every lyric, and every scene as 'I Get Money' captures the essence of the grind, the allure of success, and the heartbeat of every individual chasing their dreams. Note: I also thought this would be my first single when I wrote it in college. It took me like 5 years to write the second verse." "I Get Money" is out now on MSP Records. Check out Santa Sallet merch here.
